[Goals & Challenges]
Problem
Teams often struggle with task management systems that lack clear feedback processes, have inconsistent user experiences, and make tracking progress difficult, leading to workflow inefficiencies.
Goal
Create a clear interface that enables effective task organisation, clear feedback loops, and increased team productivity through thoughtful system design.
[Research & Discovery]
Competitive Research Summary
Evaluated leading project management platforms including Asana, Trello, and Monday.com to identify best practices and differentiators. Discovered opportunities in the market for better visual categorisation and more dynamic feedback systems.

User Flow
This user flow captures the core experience within the Workon dashboard—from setting up a new project to actively managing progress. It illustrates how users create projects, assign tasks, and update statuses, enabling teams to stay organised, aligned, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.

Wireframes
The wireframes include a clean dashboard overview, task filtering by status and priority, a kanban-style board for project workflows, and a threaded messaging system. My focus was on clarity, modularity, and scalability. Each screen serves a clear purpose while maintaining consistency across layout, navigation, and interaction patterns.
